The catch is that you never know when a product you are dying to get will come up for sale on Deal A Day Golf. You'll see that the prices we offer are cheaper by a mile than what you'll find in retail outlets. Because we love golf, we enjoy finding a great deal just like you do. However, don't expect us to tell you what's coming up later in the day, tomorrow or two weeks from now. Don't take it personally; it's just our way of keeping things interesting.

What is your shipping time?
It is our practice to have your order shipped out within a day or two after you place it. We'll give you shipping options depending on your budget and need. Remember, it you want to keep the price down, expect it to take longer for delivery. Sorry, no pickups.
I missed yesterday's item. Can I still get one?
Only if it is in the past deals section. Once the item sells out, you'll have to wait until it comes back again.
I want to talk to a live person. Do you have a number I can call?
No. However, leave us your phone number when you contact us and we'll call you to help solve any pressing concern.
Will you tell me what tommorrow's product will be?
Maybe. The standard answer is No, but if you catch us on a good day, we might try to help. But don't quote us on that.

How do I return my order?
We give you a 14-day return period (from the date you receive the shipment) on all products we sell. If you are unhappy with the merchandise, first, send us an email, explaining the reason. This will begin the return process. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will refund your money in the same manner you originally paid for it.
Why did you cancel my order?
If your credit card in not approved or your card provider suspects fraud your order may be cancelled. Some orders may not be deliverable, depending on the shipping method you selected.
How can I track my order?
Some shipping methods may be trackable, some may not, but rest assured your product will come. Please do not contact us within 1-8 days from purchase asking us, "Where is my product?". If you do this, we will sell your information to the lowest bidder.
I want to sell on your site?
Take your lowest price cut it in half and then cut it in half again and we may at some point consider selling your product.
